- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about 5 July 2006. The contractor will provide seven (7) each, 10 AC Thruster Brakes. Brakes shall be Mondel model 10MBTE-0200-MA -Ed23/5 or government approved equal. Contractor will also provide five Operation and Maintenance Manuals and associated spare parts. The items will be delivered to Dworshak Dam located at Ahsahka, ID. ADMIN INFO: Solicitation is 100% set-aside for sma ll business contractors. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if it does not exceed 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335314.
