- SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about 5 July 2006. The contractor will provide Hy-Security (Model 222 EX ST) Slide Gate Operators (Brand Name or equal) and other i tems to replace the existing gate operating equipment. Contractor will also be required to conduct on-site training (max of 8 hours). The items will be delivered to McNary Lock and Dam located at Umatilla, OR. ADMIN INFO: Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business contractors. For the purpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if it does not exceed 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333999.
