- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, parts, equipment, tools, fuel, and transportation required for the removal of concrete at the joints between the conduit monoliths, as shown on the drawings and specified in the Scope of Work. Th e total number of monolith joints where the concrete will be removed under this contract shall be a maximum of twelve. Please see Scope of Work (paragraph 1.2) for complete details on work schedule and options. The project is located in Arkabutla Lake, Mi ssissippi.
