- THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. Description of Work: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing three low drop grade control structures in Calhoun County, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include clearing and grubbing, excavation, fill, backfill, stone protection, control of water, erosion control, concrete grout for stone protection, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. All units of measure are metric. The value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solutions WEB PAGE at https://www.fedteds.gov. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at htt p://www.2fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check FEDTEDS often for changes (AMENDMENTS). ISSUE DATE ON OR ABOUT JULY 17, 2006. Bid opening date on or about August 17, 2006. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. AFARS 1.602-2.
