- Nonpersonal services to provide all labor, materials, equipment, fuels, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to complete grounds maintenance service for Building 10, Air Force Real Property Agency located at the former McClellan AFB, CA. Services shall include Grass Mowing, Edging Shrubs/Tree pruning within 12 feet, and over 12 feet, Weeding, Fertilizing, Leaf Removal, Watering system maintenance, monitoring and repair, and all removal and disposal of resultant debris. One base year and two option years are contemplated. Offerors must be located within a 75 mile radius of McClellan, CA 95652.
