- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 332999, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2K3AQ6153A200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-0515. This purchase is subject to Availability of funds. Funding is not currently available for this purchase. Funds may or may not become available for this purchase. Should funding not become available, the requirement will be cancelled. All quotes must be valid through 1 Oct 2006. CLIN 0001: Portable Body Bunker, 2 each, Three-sided configuration measuring 62? H x 55? W x 30? D; armored canopy; walls must be capable of withstanding multiple strikes from 7.62 ammunition; single-wall armor rated to 3-ball system; three 4? x 4? gun ports capable of holding M240 machine gun and M249 automatic rifle; four retractable, fully castering rubber wheels; hand-operated hydraulic lift; integral armored head guard.
