Description

BID ITEM 1A. Contractor shall provide demolition & removal of the S4 air handler with temporary air handler S4A in accordance with the plans and specifications. Work shall include the removal & replacement of exhaust fan, GE-1. BID ITEM 1B. DEDUCT ALTERNATE NO. 1 Contractor shall provide demolition & removal of the S4 air handler necessary to provide a new S4 air handler temporary air handler S4A in accordance with the plans and specifications. The NAIC code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $12 million applies. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT EVIDENCE OF THEIR SDVOSB CERTIFICATION WITH THEIR BID. The cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be available on or about 7/19/06. The bids will be due on or about 8/17/06. A PRE-CON will be on or about 7/26/06.
