Description

As an amendment/modification to the notice, the proposal due date has been changed to 3:30pm on August 21, 2006. In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), and Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ) Installation Services Functional Area Multi-Agency Standard Competition. This will include employees in Washington, DC and 10 other states (including California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Texas, Washington, and West Virginia.). The job functions considered include, but are not limited to, performance of various miscellaneous functional categories including administrative, facility, and technical support services. The intent of the competition is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing the subject services. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Competition will determine whether these services should be performed under a contract with commercial sources or through the federal work force.
