- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to solicit on a competitive basis a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the acquisition of TSA Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) units for purchase, deployment and operational maintenance. Expected award date is September 2006 and the period of performance for the IDIQ contract(s) will be a base of 24 months for purchase and deployment. The units shall be composed of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and Non-Development Item (NDI) hardware and software to the maximum extent practicable. The objective of this effort is to purchase government ETDs from contractors on the Qualified Products List.
