- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Education Division intends to procure READ 180 Enterprise using a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis with Scholastic Corporation, 2931 East McCarty Street, Jefferson City MO 65101-3725, under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Response Date: 11:30 a.m. EST, 6 July 2006. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov.
