- Description
- Single award term contract for period beginning August 1, 2006 and ending July 31, 2007 for the Department of Health and Human Services. Production area, restricted all production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 30-mile radius of Rockville, MD. Copy pickup in Rockville, MD. Approximately 36 orders per year: May/June Approx. 4 to 8 orders, Aug/Sept. Approx. 6 to 10 orders, and Jan/Feb. Approx. 12 to 18 orders with 20 to 1,000 copies per order and the Publications have approx. 30 to 600 pages (plus cover) per order, and Tab Dividers approx. 1 to 14 dividers per order. Sizes: Publications: 8-1/2 x 11 inches and Tab Dividers: 8-1/2 x 11 with ? inch tab. (overall size is 9 x 11 inches). Printing: Tab dividers print in black ink on the tab portion only. The Text, Cover 1, and Cover 2 print in black ink. Covers 3 and 4 are blank. Approximately two orders will print text and Covers 1 and 4 head ?to- head in four-color process. Operations include composition, electronic prepress, printing (including four-color process), binding, packing, and distribution. Deliver f.o.b. destination approximately 25 to 165 copies (plus the three(3) unbound copies) to one address within the commercial zone of Washington, DC, and one address to the CDC in Atlanta, GA.
