Small, women-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to attend. DATE: July 11, 2006 TIME: 11:00 am, EDT LOCATION: Martinsburg Federal Office Building and U.S. Courthouse 217 West King Street Martinsburg, WV 25401. The purpose of this session is to provide a networking opportunity for small, women-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses, as well as others, to meet with the key designers and their proposed production firms for potential teaming opportunities for A/E design services for the New Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Building Addition for the IRS Enterprise Computing Center in Kearneysville, WV. This session is intended to assist the short-listed firms meet the established minimum goals for subcontracting.
