- This requirement is being publicized satisfy the government?s requirement and to promote full & open competition for commercial item(s)/service(s) (Security Container) per format in subpart part 5.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700106Q0091 Documentation number M209006SUS6002. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 332999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the commercial item/service listed below, in support of MARSOC aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The item required is a IPS security container, designed to meet all GSA/NSA physical and environmental requirements for SIPRnet storage. Quantity: 1. Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders. Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE, these clauses can be found at www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor.
