- This requirement is being publicized satisfy the government?s requirement and to promote full & open competition for commercial item(s)/service(s) (Antenna Repair) per format in subpart part 5.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700106Q0087 Documentation number M2046006SU00210. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 237110 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the commercial service listed below, in support of 2nd LAR BN, 2nd MarDiv aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The service required is Non-Warranty repair of ES0100A HPA/LNA. If further description of service is necessary, please email Sgt Calixte(email listed below). Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH TH EIR QUOTE, these clauses can be found at www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractors DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor.
