- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Technology Service Corporation using other than full and open competition a purchase order for technical support in the design of the second generation system software for the Multi-Function Electronic Warfare project, and specialized engineering, technical design, and analysis for the design and development of correlation, tracking, and data fusion algorithms for the Advanced Sensor Netting Technology (ASNT) project. The period of performance of the order is date of order through twelve months. The sole source award is based on the very long learning curve associated with the Resource Allocation Manager algorithms that would disrupt the progress of the MFEW project if another contractor was utilized. This is not a solicitation. However interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All information received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis will be fully considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
