- US ARMY, PEO STRI is soliciting information from potential sources to provide technical, management and logistical support services to Support the Robotics Systems Joint Project Office at locations in and outside of CONUS. The tasks will include all area of work described in the attached Draft SOW. Typical tasks that will be performed under individual delivery/task orders will include but not be limited to, Program Management support, Technical and Logistics support to include maintenance and repair of robotic systems, engineering support and supply chain management in support of robotic systems. Performance of work will/may take place worldwide to include hazardous areas. This notice is for the purpose of collecting market research information. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will provide for T&M and FFP orders. The contract will include a base year, four (4) one-year options one. The planned solicitation will be restricted as a Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated contract value for this procurement is $48 million. Small businesses are invited to submit synopsis, not to exceed 5 pages, of their capabilities to manage and execute this type of contract, transition current workforce where applicable, add subcontractors as required to support new or specialized requirements, rapidly respond to new requirements and relevant experience with robotic systems. Hard copy or soft copy responses are acceptable. Soft copy responses are encouraged. Submissions shall be submitted hard copy to PEO STRI, 12350 Research Parkway, Code 25362, or soft copy via e-mail to milton.washington@peostri.army.mil. Responses must include the following: (1) name and address of firm; (2) size of business, including: average annual revenue for past three years and number of employees; (3) ownership, indicating whether: Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Women-Owned, HUBZone, and/or Veteran-Owned Business; (4) number of years in business; (5) two points of contact, including: name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail address; (6) DUNS Number (if available); (7) affiliate information, including parent corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime); (8) and a list of customers for relevant work performed during the past five years, including a summary of work performed, contract number, contract type, dollar value for each contract referenced, and a customer point of contact with phone number. NOTE REGARDING SYNOPSIS: This synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is NOT a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.
