Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposal is for purchase and delivery of two (2) each of the following: 1. Polycom VSX 7000S IP People+Content, Multipoint, VTX 1000 Bundle - Soundstation VTX1000, Visual Concernt VSX, 4-Way Multipoint Plus, English Remote, 1 Year Standard Service---Part # 7200-22700-001. 2. Polycom VSX 7000 and Viewstatin System Shelf for Mounting of Flat Panel display--Part # 2215-22001-001. 3. Polycom VSX 7000 Series Quad Bri Module, Including Cables--Part # 2215-20523-001 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items also apply to this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technical ly acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Co mmercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
