- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the US Cost and Economic Analysis Center (CECOM) intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition sole source basis to Oracle Support Services. The Go vernment intends to purchase license renewal and support services. The proposed period of performance will be one year from the date of award. This notice is valid until 29 Nov 2006 and is NOT a request for proposals. The Government does not intend to s ubmit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated on or about 7 July 2006.
