- Quarterly and Annual data acquisition system audits for continuous opacity monitoring system services for Clear AFS, AK is being offered as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 811219, with a small business size standard of $6.5M. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 30 June 2006 with closing date on or about 12 July 2006. This Request for Proposal will be evaluated on price. The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only, via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fbo.gov).
