- This notice is for planning purposes only. We are not requesting proposals at this time. If you are interested in receiving an RFQ, please provide your business size and GSA Schedule Number to the points of contact listed below. Amendment 1 will be issued to provide the Draft PWS. The Air Force IT E-learning system is for online hosting and delivery of training products for the Air Force IT E-Learning program. The Air Force mandates that its personnel are properly trained and certified to operate and maintain information systems. The purpose of the Air Force IT E-Learning program is to provide interactive, self-paced, web-based training and reference material in support of Air Force Information Technology training requirements. This system will provide service up to, but not exceeding 1,200,000 global users requiring training. The system will host vendor provided, Air Force developed, and third-party training products and will provide a reporting mechanism that will facilitate the certification process used by supervisors and other authorized personnel to ensure individuals are properly trained in their functional duties. All deliverables must be in compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1998. This document is designed to cover the current and future requirements of the Information Technology (IT) community within the Air Force.
