- This project consists of removing the old fence, installing poles, gates with wheels, and metal fencing on the West side of Third Street between Bldg 8006 and Bldg 8008 as well as Bldg 8008 and 8009. . A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for this acquisition. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 30 Jun 06 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com.
