- Det 1 ACC TRSS and the Directorate of Contracting, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ has a requirement for a commercial acquisition to provide training services and products to ACC, and other United States Air Force (USAF) Major Commands and Department of Defense (DoD) agencies as directed. These services include maintenance of products no longer under manufacturer?s warranty or not covered by Contractor Logistics Support. Services and products being sought include education and training consultation, Instructional System Development (ISD) support, Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) development, IMI reproduction and distribution, IMI updating and revising, Aircrew Training Device (ATD)/Aircrew Training Aide (ATA) development, and ATD/ATA maintenance. The Government is currently performing these services at Det 1 ACC TRSS, 7369 North Fighter Country Avenue, Luke AFB, AZ. A cost comparison under OMB Circular A-76 will be conducted to determine the most cost-effective mode of operation. A contract will not be awarded if Government performance is determined to be the lowest cost. The award will be for a base period with 4 one-year options. The NAICS code is 541990 and the size standard for small business is $6.5 million in annual receipts. This is a total small business set aside.
