- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting proposals under RFP VA-786-06-RP-0096. Contractor support will be needed to procure a minimum of one kiosk enclosure and associated IT hardware and software per fiscal year. The contractor will be responsible for shipping and installing kiosk enclosures (Thru-the-Wall or Free Standing) based on mutually agreed to schedules. Under the terms and conditions of this contract, the contractor shall maintain the kiosk information centers installed at National and State Veterans Cemeteries during the initial warranty periods and in conjunction subscribed annual maintenance agreements. All production kiosks within the national system will be included in the annual maintenance agreement (purchase order). State Veterans Cemeteries and Arlington National Cemetery will have an option to subscribe to annual kiosk maintenance agreements under terms of this contract. The contractor will be expected to provide state-of the-art technical expertise, as needed, with respect to the latest IT equipment (touch screens and thermal printers) on the market, enclosure design, and installation considerations. The contract will be for one base year and three option years if exercised. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541412 and a size standard of $23 million is applicable for this acquisition. All responsible Service Disabled Veterans Owned Businesses may submit a proposal. Solicitations will be issued via FedBizOpps on or around July 17, 2006. Amendments to the solicitation will also be available at FedBizOpps. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note 29
