Description

Contractor shall provide readjustment counseling to an estimated 12,900 eligible veterans located within the following counties of Sough Carolina: Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick and Newberry counties. These services are performed for the Veterans Outreach Center located at 14 Lavinia Avenue, Greenville, SC 29601. The contract period is for (1) year from the date of award with four (4) one-year option periods, subject to the availability of funds. Multiple contracts may be awarded. Individual sessions are expected to last 1 hour. Group Therapy sessions are expected to last 1.5 hours. Family/Couple Therapy sessions are expected to last 1.5 hours. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Hub Zone Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 621330. The Base Period of the contract will be 8/1/06 ? 7/31/07, with four (4) one-year Option Periods. This solicitation adheres to the format defined in FAR Part 15 for the acquisition of commercial services and shall be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15. Electronic solicitations will be available on or about 6/30/06 at the URL address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be available at the same URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
