- Solicitation No. DTFAAL-06-R-00999; to provide janitorial services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in Bethel, Alaska. NAICS code: 561720 Estimated Dollar Value: $100,000.00 per year Contract(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment - base year plus 4 option years. Offers will be evaluated as best value to the Government, with past performance equal to price. Multiple awards may be made. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and supplies required to perform services specified in scope of work (SOW). SOW includes: office areas, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, stairways, hallways, living quarters, and air traffic control towers. Base contract(s) will begin on date of award and end 9/30/2007. Option years will be evaluated annually, on or October 1 each year.
