- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. Solicitations are not available at this time. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for an Asatru Gothi at the Federal Correctional Institution, located in Marianna, Florida, 32446. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 (Size Standard: $6.5 million). The contractor shall be responsible for, but not limited to: providing religious instruction, pastoral leadership, conducting services as required and counseling for inmates of the Asatru faith. The contractor shall be familiar with and teach the different areas of the Asatru faith. It is estimated that the contractor will perform twenty four (24) two (2) hours sessions per year. A session is defined as two (2) hours. The contract period will consists of a base period not to exceed twelve (12) months and four one year option periods. A Government solicitation to provide these services is being developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted is response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information provided to the Government. The Market Survey Questionnaire will be available on or about July 05, 2006, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration, Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The response date for the market survey is July 19, 2006. No collect calls will be accepted. Telephone or written request for the market survey will not be accepted. All responses to the Market Survey Questionnaire may be submitted in hard copy to the Federal Correctional Institution, 3625 FCI Road, Marianna, Fl. 32446, Attn: Darrell Boggs, Supervisory Contract Specialist. Questionnaires may also be faxed to (850) 526-6349. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
