- R E V I S E D: PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE ROBERT T. STAFFORD DISASTER RELIEF AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE ACT (42 U.S.C. 5121,et seq), THIS PROCUREMENT IS A LIMITED COMPETITION for QUALIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS (in accordance with 13 CFR Part 126) AND QUALIFIED 8(A) SMALL BUSINESSES LOCATED IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI. In order to be considered for this procurement, your firm must be qualified through the Small Business Administration as either a HUBZone or 8(a) firm, be registered in the CCR, operate under the NAICS code 561210 (SIC 8744), Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. Only qualified HUBZONE or 8(a) offerors that are located in the State of Mississippi will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation.
