HYDRAULIC FLUID, FIRE RESISTANT QPL APPLIES THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION IS TAKEN TO MIL-PRF-83282D DATED SEPT 30, 1997 AND AMD 1 DATED DEC 10, 1997: 1. TABLE V CITES FEDERAL TEST METHOD (FTM) 350. PARA. 5.2 AND 6.1.1 OF FTM 350 DELETE "1,1,1-TRICHLOROETHANE" AND SUBSTITUTE "HEPTANE, HEXANE, PETROLEUM NAPHTHA, OR ACETONE". UNIT DRUM CONTAINS 10 GALLONS COMPATABILITY TEST WILL NOT BE REQUIRED AS A QUALITY CONFORMANCE TEST. GOVERNMENT LOT ACCEPTANCE TESTING IS REQUIRED. EXCEPTION TO QAP 203, PARAGRAPH 2E: DELETE "DETACHMENT 13, SAN ANTONIO AIR LOGISTICS CENTER, ATTN: SFTLA" AND ADD "DETACHMENT 3,WARNER ROBBINS AIR LOGISTICS CENTER, ATTN: AFTLA" EXCEPTION TO QAP 203, PARAGRAPH 2F: "COMMANDER SAN ANTONIO ALC, ATTN: SFTTA, KELLY AFB, TX 78241-5000" AND ADD "COMMANDER, WARNER ROBBINS ALC, ATTN: AFTLA, BLDG 70, AREA B, WRIGHT PATTERSON AFB, OH 45433 TECH DATA AVAILABILITY: MSDS AND OSHA HAZARD WARNING LABEL ARE REQUIRED. QAP-203 I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-83282D BASIC DTD 09/30/97 AMEND NR 01 DTD 12/10/97 This is a 50% Small Business Set Aside. The total solicitation quantity is 1691 DRUMS. Stock locations are Richmond, VA and Tracy, CA. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Production Lot Testing is Required. Delivery required is 235 days. Solicitation will be issued on or about July 17, 2006 and closing date will be on or about Ju1y 31, 2006.
