- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be an award for a base period of 6 months and two-option periods of 3 months. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) CORAS 519177. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-03. (iv) The NAICS code is 335999, the size standard is 500 employees, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business. (v) Provide a price for each of the following CLINs. CLIN 0001: Hi-Tech Rotary Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) Maintenance (for a 6-month period). CLIN 0002: Unscheduled Maintenance, Repair and Emergency Services (not to exceed 24 hours), CLIN 1001-OPTION 1: Hi-Tech Rotary UPS Maintenance (for a 3 month period), CLIN 1002-OPTION 1: Unscheduled Maintenance, Repair and Emergency Services (not to exceed 24 hours), CLIN 2001-OPTION 2: Hi-Tech Rotary UPS Maintenance (for a 3 month period), CLIN 2002-OPTION 1: Unscheduled Maintenance, Repair and Emergency Services (not to exceed 24 hours), Ship to DISA SMC MONTGOMERY, 401 EAST MOORE DRIVE, BLDG. 857, MAXWELL AFB/GUNER ANNEX, MONTGOMERY, AL 36114-3001. FOB destination; acceptance at destination. Delivery requested no later than 30 days ARO or as soon as possible. (vi) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on technically acceptable low offer. (vii) The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.203-6 Alt1, 52.209-6, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.216-24, 52.216-25, 52.219-6, 52.252-2, 52.252-6, 52.253-1 52,233-3and 52.225-13. (viii) The following DFARS clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.204-7003, 252.211-7003, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.243-7001, 252.246-7000, 252.247-7022 (access to clauses can be made via http://farsite.hill.af.mil). Section 508 Accessibility Standards do apply. The contract type will be firm fixed price. All unit prices are firm fixed price.
