- Synopsis for Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) XIII BAA 06-03-PKTB. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Propulsion Directorate, Spacecraft Branch located at Edwards AFB, CA is interested in receiving proposals related to development of an electronic unit to command spacecraft environmental sensors, power these sensors, analyze signal from these sensors, and send resulting telemetry to the spacecraft bus for storage.
