- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE SPACE USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA The United States Government intends to award a lease extension, using other than full and open competition to G. W. Forum Partners, LLC. The extension will be for 18,927 rentable square feet of fully serviced space and seventy-four parking spaces for a term of twelve months. The government has a continuing need for this space until such time as a remediation project in a Federal Building can be completed and occupancy takes place in a newly leased building. It has been determined that an extension will result in less cost to the federal government when economies of moving, telecommunications, security, and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration as an economic factor. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government?s intent to award this project under Other than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Andrea Cooney, Realty Specialist, at andrea.cooney@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, Property Acquisition & Realty Services Division (4PEC), Atrium West Building, 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119, Sunrise, Florida 33351.
