- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to Ansoft Corporation for 1 EA Ansoft Designer Node Locked License; 1 EA Ansoft Designer Maintenance Node Locked Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with Department of Defense.
