- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source modification to contract N65236-05-D-8837 with Raytheon, 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776-6337 for additional projected requirements related to the Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar (ROTHR) Software and Program Support Services. These additional requirements will add tasking to perform hardware engineering and a ROTHR Two-dimensional (2-D) Receive Antenna Array demonstration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
