- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N687336274A491 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred percent Set-aside for Small Business. NAICS 327910. The Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Georgia requires Aluminum Oxide G-46, 2000 pound super sack. Quantity will be a total of 170,000 pounds over a Twelve month period. With Seventeen deliveries of 10,000 pounds each delivery. Material will be delivered to the Naval Submarine Base at the request of the Government when needed. Period of Service is 01 Oct 2006 thru 30 Sep 2007.
