Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Department of the Interior's Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to renew its Prolifics Software Maintenance. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order. The products include the following: Maintenance for Panther Jetnet Webapppkr w7002794 qty. 1; Maintenance for Jetnet Client PC101607 qty. 1; Maintenance for Panther Jetnet Appsvreng PS101552; Maintenance for Jetnet appsvreng PS101849 qty. 1; Maintenance for Panther Jetnet Webappbkr W7004636 qty. 1; Maintenance for Panther Jetnet Appsvreng PS101552 qty. 1; Maintenance for Panther Jetnet Client PC101614 Qty. 1; Maintenance for Panther Jetnet Client PC101487 Qty. 3; and Maintenance or Panther Jetnet Webappbkr W7002571 qty. 1. The period of performance is 5/31/06 through 5/30/07. Prolifics has stated that they have only one authorized re seller. This re seller is T3 Corporation P.O. Box 231868 Centreville, VA 20120 703 830-4768. The Contracting Office intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii).
