The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a contract for 2006 Habitat Rehabilitation Project at Howard Hanson Dam, Green River, WA to include all work required for habitat mitigation at approximately 10 locations, including pioneerin g access roads to the Green River and its tributaries from established roads; constructing access roads sufficient for the equipment used; placing logs in stream beds; constructing inwater log jams using pile driving and other techniques; excavating ponds and side channel habitat; constructing a fish ladder; and restoring the site The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $31 million. This project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $31 million.
