- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Class Code: Services and Supply NAICS Code: 561790 SIC Code 7349 Subject: Kitchen Range Hood Cleaning Services UNRESTRICTED RESPONSE DATE: July 24 , 2006 Place of Performance: Fort Hood, TX Description: This notice serves as a synopsis for the upcoming commercial solicitation number W9126G-06-T-0097, for the purchase of Kitchen Range Hood cleaning services at Fort Hood, Texas. The procurement is being conducted IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) P arts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), and 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Deliverables such as drawings, reports, plans, work schedules and other requirements are presented in the official Scope of Work (SOW) that will be included in the fort hcoming solicitation. Contractor is to provide all contract work force and equipment required to perform specified cleaning specified in the SOW at Fort Hood, TX. Contractors work and responsibility shall include, but not limited to, all job planning, s upervision of contractor personnel, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish the required specified contract services. Contractor shall assure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract , all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer or his representative. The general overall SOW of this acquisition will include cleaning all kitchen range hoods at Fortt Hood, TX main cantonm ent, West Fortt Hood and North Fort Hood areas. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the services. The SOW and Technical Exhibit A in the solicitation details the number of ho ods and intervals for cleaning, see Attachment 1. The Government is submitting this request as 100 % UNRESTRICTED for any contractor that can perform the services IAW the Scope of Work under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 56 1790 which contains a size standard of $6,500,000.00. Provide DUNS/CAGE number of your business; certification documentation that you have the capabilities and specialized experience in the cleaning of kitchen range hoods. Include name, address, telephon e number, and email address of references. Also, provide a brief description of the work performed, contract number, total contract value, and period of performance. Contracts must be the same or similar to the work described in this announcement. In add ition, provide no more than three references of similar work performed. All contractors, to be eligible for award of a Government contract, MUST be registered in Central Contracting Registration (CCR).
