The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command CE-LCMC)intends to refurbishment and upgrade 23 Government owned signal scanners from obsolete model number TD-1104/G SC, NSN 5985-00-256-6317, part number SM-D-571938 to model number TD-1104A/GSC, NSN 5985-01-444-5370, part number A3194584. There is a detailed Technical Data Package (TDP) for the obsolete model (TD-1104/GSC). However, no TDP or any -how to- engineering d ata exists for the refurbished model. Drawing A3194584 only contains performance characteristics for the end item signal scanner. The procurement will be acquired on a small business set-aside.
