Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Hardware Software and Network Service and Support Provide one (1) year unlimited telephone technical support for H/W, S/W and Network Support with manuals on CD-ROM. Phone-in S/W support, license to use and S/W updates and upgrades. HP H/W maintenance onsite support to provide problem diagnosis with par ts and material provided. Please note HP can no longer support this item from 6/30/07. POP: 1 July 2006  30 June 2007. The RIA network consists of Cisco equipment including switches, firewalls, VPN concentrator, wireless networking devices which perform various functions to keep the network operating and scure. Maintenance contracts on this equipment are necessary to keep the devices operating properly.
