- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Equipment neede to perform confined space/structural search an d rescue to include tactical confined space kit, two tactical structure collapse kits, four IR monitors, five hybrid/land based support systems, five universal load bearing backpack systems, five low profile left tank assemblies, five low profile right tan k assemblies, three charging systems, five 25 foot hoses, ten masked exhaust valve with drink tube storage port kits, and ten vacuum packaged filter systems. This will be awarded based on price only to the responsible contractor with the lowest bid price that meets all technical requirements. Bid packages will be mailed/sent to the Kentucky Air National Guard Contracting Office, 1101 Grade Lane, Louisville, KY 40213. ATTN Alan Wade. All bid packages must be marked with 'Solicitation number W912KZ-06-B-0 010 Do Not Open bid enclosed'. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
