Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, in support of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) and the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) issues this Broad Area Announcement (BAA) W91ZLK-06-R-0020 for Multi-Spectral and Hyper-Spectral Test and Evaluati on under the provisions of paragraph 6.102(d)(2)(i) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), to provide for the competitive selection of research proposals. Contracts based on responses to this BAA are considered to be the result of full and open comp etition and in full compliance with the provisions of Public Law (PL) 98-369, The competition in contract Act of 1984. The earliest contract awards for submittal under this BAA are planned to occur in the first quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2007. A total p rojected funding of approximately $1.8M is available for new starts under the Multi-Spectral Test Focus Area in FY07.
