- NOTICE TO PURCHASE SOLE SOURCE It is intended to award a commercial Firm Fixed Priced SOLE SOURCE Supply Purchase Order for a total of 3-year period comprising basic 12 months plus two 12 month option periods, subject to the availability of funds, to the Firm Sirsi-Dynix (UK), to provide HORIZON Software System/Licensing and enhancements maintenance and incidental service on the current installed DYNIX CLASSIC Software at US Air Force sites within Europe.
