- SOURCES SOUGHT/MARKET RESEARCH ?FA5613-06-R-5019 In July 06 timeframe, the US Government contemplates issuing a solicitation subject to FAR PT 12 for mess attendant services, pursuant to A-76 OMB Circular, as outlined in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement. The resultant contract to be firm fixed price, 5 year with lowest price technically acceptable award. Please provide your comments as to (1) industry interest, capability and standards (2) performance metrics and employee incentives to enhance performance/productivity, (3) understanding of German labor laws and (4) any concerns/information needed to propose on this requirement. Details of incumbent US Government employees subject to A-76, to be provided with the formal solicitation. Please provide your response NLT 07 July 06.
