- Description
- The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, Michigan is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, maintenance and repair of all Contractor furnished equipment (including mobile trailer/unit), specialized staff, training, required supplies, and medications/drugs necessary to perform Positron Emission Tomography/Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) services for the VAAAHS. Services shall be performed each Thursday with a minimum of eight (8) hours per day as further defined in the specifications. Services shall commence on or about August 1, 2006 for a period with two one year option renewal periods, exercised at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price and procurement is 100% unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers, size $11.5 million applies. Solicitation will be available July 5, 2006 to interested parties through electronic data interchange at the following URL'S: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ for downloading FREE of charge.
