- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform, at contractor's facility, audiograms for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, through the Gene Taylor Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Mt. Vernon, Missouri. Services to include initial audiology testing, hearing aid selection/fitting/issue, and two-year follow-up care. The requirement is set aside 100% for small business. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be submitted in writing via fax (479-444-5031) or email (laura.watts@med.va.gov). Solicitation to be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov on or about July 17, 2006. No electronic offers will be accepted.
