Description

The Stoller-Navarro Joint Venture (SNJV), located in Las Vegas NV, performing services for The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office (NNSA/NSO) under prime contract DE AC52 03NA99205 is soliciting bids for a Fixed Unit Rate subcontract to provide DOT IP1-rated cargo containers shipping waste on the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Nevada Test Site (NTS) in Mercury Nevada or other disposal facilities. The start date of any resulting Subcontract is expected to be July 31, 2006 and shall continue until delivery of entire quantity is completed. Offerors are to propose their best delivery dates, with first delivery as close to August 1, 2006 as possible and the last delivery no later than September 30, 2006. Staggered deliveries are allowed, but shall maximize shipment quantities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This award will be made using the Acquisition of Commercial Items procedures under FAR Part 12. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed in the solicitation.
