- Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) intends to issue a contract on a sole-source basis to The Structure Group, 98 Main Street, Suite 300, Tiburon, CA under the authority of FAR 13.106(1) (b) for on-site support in functional system design and system implementation of an SNR operations data system. The Structure Group has proprietary knowledge of the core scheduling system and specific knowledge of SNR???s business systems. This effort is a follow on effort to the implementation of The Structure Group???s scheduling system at SNR. The Government intends to award a labor hour contract.
