- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for the procurement of a mobile blood donor center unit under other than full and open competition procedures; and FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commerical Items. The approved source is Lifeline Shelter Systems, Inc., cage 1XNV7. This is a part-numbered item for which the Government does not process complete unrestricted technical data/drawings which can be referenced in the solicitation. Numbered Note 22 applies. Quantity 1 each, fixed price contract. The Government required delivery schedule is 180 days. The delivery is conus, FOB destination. Number Note 12 applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technical, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
