Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award sole source procurement to Pearson Education of White Plains, New York, under the authority of FAR 6.302 to provide elementary supplemental curriculum material (PreK-6 grades) in support of English as a Second Language Program (ESL). The supplemental materials would specifically enhance the Pearson core course materials being used for the newly adopted ESL program. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTON OF SERVICES.
