- This notice supersedes all notices posted to the Fed Biz Ops under solicitation number N00019-06-R-0005. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Requirements contract to Omega Aerial Refueling Services for the procurement of aerial refueling services for the U.S. Navy. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. General Information: Omega Aerial Refueling Services is the only known firm that possesses the required Navy Interim Flight Clearances tomeet current requirements to refuel military organic aircraft such as the F-14, F/A-18A-F, EA-6B, S-3B and AV-8B. Additional Information: The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation and the small business size standard is $6 Million. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties in support of the effort mentioned above.
